• Returns & Exchanges:
    • We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only within 7 days of delivery date. After 7 days all items are final sale.*We go by what day the tracking number says it was delivered, not when you checked your mail.*
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
    • We understand it doesn't always work out. Please contact us for your exchange via email: Customer will only receive store credit for items purchased. Shipping charges will not be returned. 
    • Store credits will be issued via e-gift card! Items purchased with store credit are final sale.
    • Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive your return, and 5-7 business days for us to process your return and send your store credit. You will receive an online store credit code via email. This store credit will be sent to the original email your purchase was made on. You will use the store credit code at checkout.


    Damaged Items:

    • Damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned or exchanged.( no exceptions)
      • Items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, or from being washed incorrectly are not considered to be faulty and are therefore not eligible for return. Please follow care label instructions to ensure that your items retains its original quality. 

      • Please note all items are checked before being shipped out.

    Final Sale:

    • Sale items, discounted items, story sale items are FINAL SALE and can NOT be returned or exchanged.
    • Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear, accessories, jewelry, bodysuits and bralettes will not be accepted. ALL  ARE FINAL SALE.

    • Items purchased with store credit are final sale.
