ESCO is not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost in transit please file a claim with USPS or a police report. Once package is in USPS hands we are not responsible. 

Local Pick-Up- (Next day) Long Island, New York If you are local.....you are more then welcome to pick up your order for free of charge! Once your order is placed, you will receive an email within 24 hours that your item(s) are ready for pickup. Please email (contact@escocloset.com) to confirm pick up time.

Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after being placed.

Returned to Sender:  If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying for a new shipping label and providing a new address for the reshipment.
